Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, needles, inks, and certain disposable supplies cannot be returned once the sterile seal is broken.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely package the unopened products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

Ship to Electrum

Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend insuring your shipment as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
